Phantom repair/warranty work in South/East England?

Our Rolls Royce phantom came with top platinum warranty comprehensive cover...

We now need some works done as follows, and am wondering who can recoomend best place nearest to Brighton/Eastbourne?

Clutch - Makes whizzing noise if at 50-60mph and then suddenly put foot down on accelerator.

Assisted electric Door Closing - Makes rather bad squeeking noises both sides, cant be right.

Door lock - Rear Door Lock doesnt go up and down instead stays up all the time.

(This is a maybe - if covered by warranty) In Car Mobile Phone doesnt work, have tried changing batteries.


Any help appreciated,

Am I missing the point here, or is it a case of booking it in with the nearest authorised RR dealer to your location (assuming that it is still under warranty)?

Your is 04 right? Unless you have a roller aftermarket warranty then it should have ran out in 07. You get free servicing and work up to that point but everything after is at cost. The door assist on all rollers makes a whinning the squeaking prob just means it needs the brackets wd40'd. The clutch im not so sure about.....that could be really expensive. Ive had the door lock problem before its an easy fix roller do it in a day or so. The mobile phone in them bds is normally a motorola flip and it has always been a complete to get working. I entrust all my work with mark down at hr owen hes a top fella and will tell you straight up what the issues are and as a roller customer will do as much as he can for you.

Thanks, Mark isnt there today so am waiting for Lewis to call me back. Its an 05 btw! And have platinum 12 month RAC warranty... have requested to know if all will be covered under warranty so lets see!
