Where can I see this car and how much it is, who knows?

It was a concept car about ten years ago. Probably now at Bentley motors or at VAG on display, or in storage somewhere. As for the price, I doubt it will be for sale, it was a one off concept car. IIRC it was built on a Diablo chassis and the engine was a couple of Volkswagen W8's put together to make a W16. I saw it at a Bentley Drivers Club meeting at Silverstone circuit years ago, it looked not unlike what became the Bugatti Veyron.
