Bentley Continental GT - Hesitation

Help!

Has anyone experienced hesitation, from mainly cold, at around 1,500 to 1,800 revs, especially hightened when going up hill? My Car is a 2004 with FBSH and 30,000 miles.

The garage have been somewhat puzzled by it and replaced most obvious parts, and i am sure it has not become psychological. The effect may also be amplified by the 21" wheels i am running?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Nothing useful to add except to say that mine suffers from exactly the same thing. It's not been enough of a problem for me to do anything about it, which means the symptoms are fairly minor.
