your experiences as a Rolls owner from other drivers

i wouldn't own a Rolls for the simple fact that some would key the side of the car and motorists and public would give a negative reaction in general- So what are your experiences as a Rolls owner from other drivers and the public?- do you get blocked in at road junctions . does white van man sneer at you and sit on your bumper?

generally the public are very good much better than Porsche/Ferrari

I don't have a RR, but I generally experience a nice level of deference towards BG, and when you defer, the response is usually very pleasant too, with a really nice thank you and a big smile, rather than just the usual business like acknowledgement.

They love it, people wait and let you in and out of junctions. People are happy and are always asking whos in the back. Even chavs have respect for it. One of mine has been keyed tho

If i can be crazy enough to own 2 surely i can own 4 and not have to prove with a picture of them all together.

I used to have a 1981 Spirit. The reaction was generally very favourable -especially in germany of all places. The only two bad experiences were once when I was caught in the middle of a 'Reclaim the Streets' demo. All the unwashed, gnarly toothed, parker wearing, bedreadlocked, dog on a string fcukbaskets singled me out. Traffic cones and stella cans on the roof etc. Until I got out of the car. I'm not big and they're all waankers.

The other time was the Brigade Commander asked the Military Police to conduct an investigation as he thought I must have been dealing drugs to be able to afford it. The fact that it cost less than a new eurobox didn't occur to him. But thats the beauty of Royces. I want another one!
