How easy/hard is it getting a 7 year old and a 2 year old in to the back of a CGT? Has anyone sucessfully used a car seat in one? I've heard that CGT's are very much useable "everyday" kind of cars?

Asked the same in the AM forum about the DB9 and that seemed quite tight...

There is quite a good amount of room in the back of the GT , when you climb in you sort of sink into them ... the best part though is the the huge boot for all the family stuff , quite unusual in this type of car.I would say definatly go in to your local dealer with your children and try one for size!

I have a GTC and two kids (10 and 6). No problem getting them in the back... Two adults can be quite comfy too...

Kids seats not a problem in the back of the GT
I have a Maxi Cosi seat which fits perfectly and i am told that the Bentley seat is a Maxi Cosi with Bentley Badges

Well, the car was designed to supposedly take four adults and luggage across continents, just like the orginal R type Continental and the Continental R. I've only sat in the back of one stationary, but there appeared to be plenty of room, far more than in a Continental T which is a bit tight. Would still love a T though.

I have a Conti GT and I can't envisage any problem with kiddies. However, when it comes to adults I think it would be unfair to say there's plenty of room. If your rear seat passengers are over 5'10" you can get them in and it's OK for a short hop but for long distances it would be decidedly cramped.

Sounds like a much more usable family everyday (phew) car than the DB9 - thanks guys.
