Very collectable rare car but Id sooner have(and did have)a mint shadow II any day.
rather have a spirit over a shadow be it I or IIThe Camargue is the most curious and intresting rolls ever imho.

I'm picking my 76 Camargue up on Tuesday after having had a full bare metal respray taking some 300 hours of labour!
I've got pics from start to finish, so once I get it back and take some of my own in a decent setting I'll post a new thread......if anyone's interested
I found mine 3 years ago when I was originally looking for a Corniche convertible. I remember going to the 1975 Earls Court Motor Show when the car was launched, and the HUGE stir it created. It was the 1st car with split level air con, had the longest doors on any car made, a dashboard modelled on a Cessna and was by far the world's most expensive production car. The original invoice for mine is for just over 30 grand, a Shadow was 14 at the time!

Chaps, sincerest apologies for my laziness! I've posted a thread on Club-Scuderia which has taken me a couple of hours to do, and much as I'd love to recreate it on here, I'm sure you're all aware how laborious it is to post pics on PH, and there are over 80 to post!!! it also saves clogging up Ted's bandwidth!
Maybe if anyone's interested, you could take a look at the CS thread, if you need to register, it's free, and I hope you'll find it interesting!
