Pimp My Flying Spur

Saw a very strange looking flying spur on the M4 Jct12 roundabout today. The rear of the car was jacked up incredibly high and boucing all over the palce.
It was on a private plate (no trade plates in sight) and appeared to be joining the east bound carriageway.
Could it have been faulty suspension, it looked terrible and was on normal wheels etc. Maybe he had come from Broughtons in Pangbourne?

ETA: disregard that, apologies as I didn't read that it was a GT in the other post.
In this case it could have possibly been a suspension fault, or did it look beyond the maximum ride height?
