shadow isolator switch

Does anyone know where the transmission/starter isolator switch is located. Silver Shadow 11, transmission selector often needs to be moved between Park and Neutral before it will turn over. I am assuming that switch is either on its way out or sticking. Has anybody experience of changing it themselves??
