Changing Turbo R wheels

I am hoping that its easy to source and change the standard wheels on a 94 Turbo R for a set of Continential 5 spoke alloys (a la Turbo RT)or similar.

Any ideas if its just a straight swap? Also the best place to source them from? I should imagine official Bentley prices are a little costly!

I have a 1990 Turbo R, I bought a set of secondhand Continental T wheels for it from Phantom Motor Cars, they are the biggest that will go on unmodified. 9.5 x 18. There are a few for sale on e-bay and at the RR/Bentley parts specialists/breakers. They are a straight swop, and I still have the original set to put back on.

Had a quick look on ebay and didn't find anything suitable - unless I totally missed them?
