Has anyone any experience of dealing with this company?
Yes, spent 15k with them this year on my Turbo RT. They are excellent, probably the most knowledgably people out there on the Turbo R cars. Would recommend them without question, as would user Balmoral Green on here too who has a Turbo R looked after by them (and who recommended them to me)

Does anyone know any history on the 95 Turbo R in green they currently have for sale?
No specifics -- I have seen the car there. Looks mint

Why do prices seem to vary so much for these cars?
Because most are shiny and yet in need of lots of work. See above -- mine is last of the turbo RT's made in 97, with heaps of main dealer history, and yet still needed front suspension rebuild.

Can someone give me a good indication of what these cars are worth?
I'd say PMC's price was more than fair, at first glance.

If you mean 74KS with the green interior, I saw it at the BDC concours, it's one of the best.
They were asking top money but I believe they have just dropped it down in price. Tricky car to price when they are that good though.
Anyway, you'll still be enjoying it long after the price has been forgotten.

What kind of premium does this car carry over a similar aged one
I would have said between £3K and £6K, however, I have just had a quick online mooch around some of the bigger well known independant retailers, and they appear to be asking £26K for distinctly average cars of similar age/model, and even that much for Brooklands of 94/95 vintage too. Have you spoken to, or visited PMC yet? Simon & Stuart are very approachable, but dont expect ties or posh carpet
May I ask what is the difference between a Brooklands and a Turbo R? I know that the Brooklands was pitched at a lower price point. Did it utilise the Turbo R engine, but in a lower state of tune?
Secondly, I was at the British Motorshow in 1994 aged 14. On the Bentley stand, they had the Java concept car which seemed to get all the attention. On the other side of the stand, they had a Turbo S. What was the significance of the 'S' compared to the 'R'.
The 'S' had a 2/3rds sized rear window (it may have been smaller still) and I can't ever recall seeing a Turbo S on the road. I've seen numerous Turbo R's so I'm guessing the S was not just higher up the pecking order, but a very exclusive model?
Thank you
