Anyone here at the Bentley Drivers Club MIRA sprint tomorrow? Come and say hello to the big fat beardy bloke in the blue TVR Chimaera, if so!

I was there last year, stuffed BG into the tyre wall, so not entering this year. I was hoping to get there to watch, but i'm working AM and going to Harrogate PM. Please go and say hello to Simon & Stuart of Phantom Motor Cars with their Turbo R racing car. Pass on my regards.

Have a good day,

Warren.

Sure did. What a beast that thing is. Why hasn't Ferdinand Piech had them assasinated?

Excellent day, thanks. BDC a great bunch of blokes - there were a couple of offs into the gravel by the control tower, but no Bentleys or TVRs (Pug 205s, mostly). Absolute respect to anyone prepared to sprint a 250bhp pre-war monster with no seat belts, rollover protection, brakes(!), skinny tyres, friction shockers, in the wet, and worth more than my house ...

The TVRCC Speed lads will definitely be back next year.
