Surely now the senior organsisation and parent company is VAG, the Bentley marque must take its place, clearly subservient to the master race and their master engineers who obviously consult with the top guys at Porsche when they get stuck.

Matt,
I must have a run up to Yorkshire and we could do a pub lunch maybe? Perhaps Clive would like to join us in his new Continental GT too.
So six previous Bentleys eh? I am on my 2nd, I have had the Turbo R for just over four years, I had a '49 MKVI for six years before that.
Would dearly love a Vintage Bentley, but alas even a 'bitsa' 3 litre is beyond my means, the obvious choice for me would be a MKVI special, my old car was rough enough for a special, but I couldnt bring myself to cut it up, I sold it on and it was fully restored.
A Happy New Year to all RR&B PH'ers,
Warren.

That would be great, mail me when you are ready.........yes 6th Bentley, I cannot tell you the buzz I got from buying my first..........it was an 88 Turbo R 1 owner from new 48K miles, I bought it from a chap in London and drove it past the Dorchester right through the centre of London, I had dreamt of a Bentley since I was 7 or 8, was a great moment. (is that a bit sad?)
