So big in fact, that if you stood it on its tail, it would be bigger than the Burj Al Arab Hotel

I saw a lovely black one with Clack curtains with some embrodery on the headrests in the car park to the "millionnaires Yatchin Club" in Sardinia, i was like WOOO. along with an Enzo Gallardo Plenta other ferrari's and Porsches.

got a pic of it in the background

You can tell what took centre stage though

As it happens, one of my neighbours turned up in one of these last night! In one of those bizarre "right time, right place" moments, he'd got chatting to the RR sales director at a static display of the car, which was shortly followed by the offer of a three day test drive.
This is indeed an impressive beast, although I'm still not sure about the front styling and the lack of chrome bumper finishers. Its packed with gizmos, and although much of it can be found on much cheaper cars, I loved the way the sat nav voice begins with a polite "pardon me" before issuing instructions!

Hmm, back home now, didn't see any Phantoms seeing as I couldn't leave the airport for 9 hours (£6 a pint grumble grumble) they did have a gorgeous white Gallardo with glass engine cover in one of those daft raffle things, and also a ratty 997 that got no attention whatsoever.

Went to Bangkok after that where they always have mint 70's Skylines and Cedrics, but that's another thread entirely ...

Man, I love Dubai.

Went in December, the place is littered with amazing motors.

Saw 2 F430 Spyders, one 360 Modena, an SLR, 2 Phantoms (one from the Burj Al Arab), 2 Maybachs, a few 911 Turbos, and countless Cayennes, Range Rovers, SLs, Cls, ClSs, and S-Classes. Jesus Christ, I swear every other car is an S-Class or Cayenne!

It's the suicide doors with integrated umbrellas that do it for me!

Yes, but not in the volume you see in Dubai.

Disappointed that when I went to Dubai 3 years ago all I saw was the white Arnage that picked us up from the airport to take us to the Burj , and then a Green Murcie outside

Yesterday in London, saw 5 black phantoms, 2 DB9 Volante's, 430's, 360's, 355 and a Gallardo Spyder

Do you have somewhere to 'host' the pics? Like www.photobucket.com or similar.

Register, and download the pics from your PC.

Then you just type on your post [pic] insert picture url from hosting website [/pic] and thats it.

We have had one in the workshop this week for some bits and pieces. I just can't get over how big they are!! Totally dwarfs the X5 and Murcielago next to it!

And having just checked mail I find that I have the use of a couple of Phantoms over the Goodwood weekend to chauffeur various VIPs around. Its a hard job but some one has to do it! So any visitors next week are welcome to pop over and have a nose, will post contact details nearer to time.
