Bentley servicing in the south

Last year I had my GT serviced at Harwoods hampshire (new forest). This year I contact them again for a service date, but they don't reply. I emailed the sales guy there and asked him to prod the service department, but they still haven't responded.
So I'm thinking OK I'll look elsewhere, maybe Pulborough where I originally bought the car from, but they don't appear on the Bentley service centre website. I go on their own website, and click "book a service" - nothing happens.....like the function has been switched off or something. There is no service email to use either.
Why is this so difficult?

Don't know exactly where you are based , but I'm in Plymouth and travel to Exeter for service etc for my GT Speed .
