2004 GT Replacing reverse light bulbs

I'd like to replace the reverse light bulbs in my 2004 Bentley Continental GT with LEDs. I'm able to take out the housing from the car, but can't remove the bulb holder from the light housing. I've tried twisting the bulb holder, pulling the holder, and pushing and twisting.

Also any recommendations on LEDs?

Any help appreciated.

On that age they are a one piece assembly. You will break it trying to get the bulb out 👍
