Bentley Bentayga 2018 - apps for rear entertainment

Hi, just wondering if any other Bentayga owners have any tips for uploading apps for rear entertainment in 2018 Bentayga?
Can we add Netflix, Prime Video etc? Currently we can’t seem to add them getting a “Not Compatible with device” - yet was on screens from previous owner.
Any advice most welcome!
