how less is it worth
Discussion
It's the most useful answer you'll get. It's a low volume car which can be spec'd out to thousands more than the base price when options are added. Many are hardly driven. So if an oil change was skipped because the car only did 500 miles that year....Who cares? If the went 50,000 miles without one, it will probably be a big deal to most. You've not really given much info to go by.
Hi
The market seems to treat FSH as a fairly crucial thing on Bentleys..... but there is FSH and FSH....
As mentioned above, has it done very few miles? Were the services that have been completed done at a Bentley dealer? Any evidence that it has been looked after by a good independent? What's the story behind the car? Some owners simply aren't that diligent, it may be a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc car and not get checked....
A really good inspection and test drive will give you a decent feeling for how well it has been looked after. In addition to the normal gen 2 Continental things to look for, make sure of the condition of the hood and its smooth and reliable operation up and down.
Little details like correct Bentley specification tyres, new batteries etc would give you confidence.
I think it depends on whether it is a car to buy and keep (in which case the history element isn't so much of an issue), or something to buy with a view to moving it on.... which may be a bit harder.
I'd love to hear more about it!
Take care,
AF

Hmmm I've seen more Bentleys with incomplete service history than any other marque. What is more, Bentley will retail cars with missing services, they just do the missing service late. The market seems to treat FSH as a fairly crucial thing on Bentleys..... but there is FSH and FSH....
I was very close to buying a Mulsanne a couple of years ago, that had not had any services at all in its first five years. Not one. Then Bentley did all five together. The dealer was selling it as FSH, but it really wasn't. Not in any sense that most people understand.
In answer to the OPs question, FSH is desirable but if it isn't complete I would take a view. If the car was doing 500 miles per year in its early years and missed one service I would be less concerned than if it had a 20k mile gap later in life.
That generation Bentley has depreciated massively.
I paid 60k one year ago for a 2014 V8S with full Bentley SH and 2 year manufacturer warranty from a Bentley dealer.
Today, 1 year later with 1 year warranty left, I am getting offers around 41k from trade.
I don’t think FSH or not will make such a big difference percentage wise.

I would imagine that a car retailed at 60k would be under 50k the very next day as a trade purchase, especially if you just want a cash sale and not trading in.I paid 60k one year ago for a 2014 V8S with full Bentley SH and 2 year manufacturer warranty from a Bentley dealer.

That's because Bentley requires servicing every year regardless of miles and people who barely put miles on their cars are not stupid enough to fork out for an expensive service if they did one 500 miles earlier. Seems like the Bentley dealership doesn't follow their own guidelines either. As far as 5 services, what do you think they did? Drain the oil 5 times and replace it so that they can stamp the service book, or change the oil once and stamp the book 5 times?

Well, they've depreciated massively from new. In the past three years however the depreciation has been quite modest. The 2015 - facelift has probably done better than the pre-facelift.I paid 60k one year ago for a 2014 V8S with full Bentley SH and 2 year manufacturer warranty from a Bentley dealer.

You're always going to see a significant spread between trade and retail though.

In the first five years, there will be a number of things that are not annual tasks. It won't (quite) be as simple as doing a single service. It certainly won't be five services worth though, if you see what I mean. The car in question was like new and had a sad story attached to it. The owner's chauffeur had died and it sat unused for years.
Just do your home work .Fresh oil evey 12/12 and make sure it was Mob 1 0 w 40 W .
A few others like brake pads out and sliders lubricated.
The g box is every 10 yrs oil change and obviously brake fluid biannual.
I used to do my own servicing in a 6 y ownership , just got a stamp for self service off the internet and kept all the receipts .WBAC dropped it by only £200 for not actually having Bentley stamps .
Do your own maths to realise the £1000 s or was it £10,000 saved by avoiding Bentley ?
For what 200 quid .I ask you ?
Figure on £2 K pa in aggregate for service + parts and you won’t go wrong .
There’s a lot of cross parts with VW / Audi . Eg the coolant temp sender is VW golf @£7 .
Even OEM parts have either VW logos or Audi rings btw .
I think here irrespective of brand we are into garage queens , low milers attract buyers like a light does moths .Avoid. Pay less for a decent miler used frequently with reg lub services.
Yes I had B1 tyres and OEM disks / pads etc .They are quick read 200 mph and 0-60 in 4 sec cars .
