£100k 5000 mile Phantom?

Been offered an 08 car in very very very dark maroon ( looks black) cream leather, one owner, kept in a dehumidified garage etc.
But being the most cautious turd skinner known to man, keep reading about the economic doom and gloom and wondering if now is the time to buy!
Looks good value now, but what about in two years time!
Any thoughts/ views welcome.
