Arnage boot locked shut

My old man has shut the boot with the keys inside.

The button on the dash isn't opening the boot nor is the button near the number plate lights.

There is a spare but it's in a different place that requires entrusting Royal mail with the only spare so any emergency opening ideas? Thanks

I bought mine salvage, someone must have done the same thing because they took a sawzall to the spare wheel well and cut a big hole thorugh it. If you decide to do the same. I'll buy the piece from you :-)

There is no solution that will be cheaper than using the other key.

Bit late, but there’s a switch in the glovebox that disables the dash boot switch and the button by the number plate lights.

Check it’s switched on.
