Brake calipers

Hello.
My nearside rear brake caliper needs replacing. The brake discs and pads have been recently replaced and the electronic parking is fine too.
There are a few companies that can refurb (very cheqp at £140 for the pair, they only do pairs not single ones), but it is getting the caliper off and then waiting 2 days for the work, that is difficult for me and the garage has no room to keep the car.
Are the rear Bentley brakes/calipers shared with Audi A8 and VW Phaeton?
If so what are the part numbers please.
The calipers are made by TRW, I think and they are the aluminium (rather than iron.
