In the process of getting my driver side door window regulator fixed, all the "guts" of the door were removed. I've had to move the car several times though and now the batteries are low. Not sure that the door's components that are missing are the whole problem but regardless, without the door switches I can't get the trunk open (key fob doesn't work either).

Is there a mechanical way to get into the truck so that I can charge up the system while waiting on the door parts to return from Power Window Repair in Arizona?

Thanks!

Which model? Older cars like mine have a keyhole under the B of the winged B logo on the boot for access.

I see from a previous post that you have an '05 Continental GTC.
Long time since I needed it but if I remember correctly, if you remove the top half of the rear offside seat (maybe be the other side on a US car), there is a bonnet release hook that you can pull. Mine was a bit corroded so needed a bit of effort for it to work. There are also a couple of videos on Youtube that show this process. Good luck.
