Driver's Side Window Regulator for 2005 Bentley GTC

Is there a worldwide GTC regulator shortage emergency going on that I don't know about?! Flying Spurs carried me on backorder for a couple of months without me realizing it, then Scuderia did the same (still on back order with them). Then ordered what looked like the real deal on eBay and got stung.

This is getting a bit old and with winter here, I can't drive the car! Does anyone have a source for these parts that they can pass along? I would really appreciate the help. All the windows in my 1958 S-1 still work perfectly, my just purchased (so, "new" to me) 2005, NOT SO MUCH!

Have you checked directly with a Bentley main dealer? I suspect that yes, if flying spares have the part on back order then it’s not available from the factory….

Found a place in Phoenix, Arizona called "Power Window Repair" who say they have rebuilt many. GTC regulators in the past. I will ship mine off in about a week and will let everyone know how it came out just in case there are others in the same boat as me.

My Bentley drivers side regulator is on its way back from Power Window in Phoenix. Haven't seen it yet but for reference it was $378 shipped to the U.S. east coast.

I'll report when it's installed.
