Continental GTC wheel swap. Any reason why not?

A dealer has contacted me about a car they have in stock. It's exactly the spec I want, but it has these wheels:



Whereas I want these wheels.



The dealer has a GT in stock with the wheels I want and he is happy to do a wheel swap.

Any reason why not?

Unfortunately, the seller pulled out of the deal. They had asked a Bentley main dealer to sell it and then just said no at the last minute.
