Bentley Continental GT - cd player not working

The 6 pack CD player on my 2007 car isn't working.

The error message is - The current audio cd is defective

I've tried cleaning the unit with a cd cleaning disc, but no success.

Grateful for any solutions.

I've found out that Halfords stock release tools. Hopefully they'll do the job.

Picked them up this afternoon and they were the right ones.
Unfortunately despite light use of cotton bud to clean the lens still no joy :-(

You can buy a adapter plug to connect to the CD feed ( unplug the busted thing ) so an iPod fits .
That way have hundreds of tunes from I tunes .
The I pod sits in a wallet attached to the Velcro in the glove box.

CD buttons turn into iPod and you can group the pods stuff into 6 .
On the screen list them ,etc etc

Do you know whether the CD Changer should provide details of artist/album/song? Mine doesn't yet the single CD player does.
