Turbo R traction control

While fixing the petrol tank and rear suspension leaks on my 1997 Turbo R,I thought I'd also fix the traction controle which has not worked for some time.
Innicially it cut in when not needed at over 60 mph so needing to be turned off.
It progressed to never working and my driving isn't good enough to to drive at speed in the winter without it. Drive slow save fuel?!
I've replaced the centre consul switch.
I now need to locate and check the sensors on the rear....Wheels...Diff....Hubbs...??
Yes I am trying to fix it myself. Only marginally crazier than buying an oldish bentley in the first place!!

Any advice on sensor location or other sources of the problem please let me know.
