Buying a Bentley Continental V8 GT vs GTC, 2012 vs 2015/16

Hi folks -
Good to see the recent flurry of interest in the marque. Thanks to those outlining what to watch for when buying a used one in the other posts below...very much appreciated...but a few other simple q's...
How reliable is the roof of the convertible?? Leaks? Costs to repair etc.? I think it looks more elegant but am worried one day it'll let me down.
How envious/jealous are the stares of onlookers?? I do not like the attention (drive a 5 series) but do enjoy driving with the roof down country roads, the V8 sound etc.
Is there a big difference in engineering / reliability of the revised 2015/16 shape vs the 2012? or was it just aesthetic changes to bumpers/sides?? I'm conscious that when these get to 10yrs old the bills will start to rack up, or do I just need to make sure i find a reasonably used, well cared for one? eg. 3-5k miles/yr.
If I drive it 2/wk would that keep the 2x batteries happy??
Some used ones (private & dealers) have sat on autotrader for 6m+ without selling...is this a concern? or is that common for such premium cars? Are these worth a shot?
