Does anyone have any experience with Nokian winter tyres. I see some have used the Hakkapalitta ones but I’m looking at the Nokian WR A4. They do a 20” version with a 102 load rating, W speed rating and they’re also XL (extra load reinforced). I’ve used Nokian winter tyres on other cars and have always been impressed with them. So wondering if they’ll suit the Bentley.

The Continental GT needs 105 Y to be suitable for the load rating.

For summer tyres yes but the winter load rating is 102 (as per owner manual). Speed rating is W for winter instead of Y for summer.

Anything other than what’s in the book could be classed a “ modification “ by your underwriter and open a refute of a claim , if it’s not mentioned on the policy.
I use Dunlop winter sports on my Conti GT and they are 105 Load but the speed is lower than Y .
Important thing is the tyres match the book ....OEM spec .

It’s the first thing an accessor will examine after an accident if there’s a handing error .

Is that a 105 load rating on R20? Where did you find them? I’m in the UK and can’t find anything but 102 load. ratings for R20s.

It’s on a19 .
I change tyres as opposed to having a separate set of spare alloys .This is because of the four TPMS sensors are then continued .
Didn’t fancy funding 8 sets tbo .

The door B pillar label suggest consult the hand book .
I would strongly recommend that .
I,am away from my Bentley at the moment so can’t access the book .
Can you post a screen shot of the relevant page please .

Here’s a pic of a typical door sticker , they keen on 105 Y for the summers ....Obviously.
And a pic from the side wall of the Dunlop winters I purchased in the UK from an independent.

This is what's in the owner's manual. No 'B*' spec for the winter tyres.
