SU Carburettor servicing recommendation

Evening,as titled for a 1977 Silver Shadow 2.I can take them off and send them away,also looking for someone/somewhere that could set them up(maybe mobile).Would rather it not sitting in a garage for weeks waiting for the carbs to come back.Located between Mildenhall/Thetford.Many thanks for any input.
