Driving along the A120 in Essex between Stansted and Braintree at about 6:00pm a beautiful silver car with a Bentley emblem above the radiator joined the road at Great Dunmow.

It was a two door coupe, I originally thought it was some kind of Bristol but as I passed it in the outside lane as it was joining from the slip road, I saw the Bentley emblem and a Pininfarina badge on the back.

A bit of googling finds this - https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/pini... which is exactly what it looks like only the car I saw was silver and had a number plate that was 37 or 39 followed by two letters. Was it the car in the linked page, or is there another? And what was it doing on a run of the mill Essex dual carriageway?

Could the number have been 32?

Googling "Anthony Bamford Bentley" brings up a few more pics.
