Two of the finest marquees in the world and both have produced aesthetically horrible SUVs. Both could have done something beautiful.

Is that hyphenated bit deliberate?laugh

I was watching the Bentley program on the BBC(?) over the weekend, and noted the committee deliberating over the design of a component. It occurred to me that the Bentayga may have been entirely designed that way.

watching that bentley programme on tv and seeing the dodgy geezer with the facelift and bad clothes, made me realise theyd made exactly the right car for their market.

You mean Charlie Mullins? I wasn't sure if he'd had some "work" done, or been punched in the face. He looked like a Rod Stewart tribute act with herpes.

Its down to choice and taste - me, I would take any of the 2 of those cars.
Its a bit like asking opinion on your wife, some may say she looks like a supermodel, others may say they wouldnt touch her with someone elses appendage :-)

Do you think they are good looking, or do you just like them because of what they are quality-wise?

Yes! I could have gone on to say they would have canvassed opinion to pitch the car at the right market.

That's the fella. Obviously doing something right to have that sort of money, but taste isn't one of those things
