Added a Flying Spur to our collection
Discussion
I traded our DB11 in on this Flying Spur. All of our cars only two doors, and only the Bentley GT has usable rear seats. Being in our 70s and so are our friends the GT rear seats are hard to get in and out of. So the Flight Spur with it’s rear doors will be a blessing. Hopefully it will be as good to us as the GT has been.
Thanks Gene. I also had a Ghost, back in around 2012, and had similar issue with the interior quality (plastic seat adjustment switchgear which in a couple of instances fell off plus one or two other niggles I've forgotten about). The Spur is a lovely, understated looking car and here in the UK at least represents great value for barely used examples. I'm pretty tempted. I'm probably one of the few who prefer the looks to the Conti GT.
Morning All,
Newbie here and was hoping you could assist.
I am due to collect a 15 plate Flying Spur w12 this week.
1 owner
9k Miles
Been Bentley serviced every year
Plus 12 months warranty.
I have tried to do all due-diligence before purchasing, yet know the knowledge here will outweigh anything I can research.
Having looked at previous MOT’s it continues to have the same advisory, is this something to be wary of and a standard issue fault.
Noted as : Nearside Front Upper Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement front suspension arm inner bush
Will this be a costly issue, will it not come into play.
Apologies for lack of knowledge, and thanks for responses in advance.

Great knowledge Zulu and much appreciated. I will keep this in mind when speaking with Bentley later.
Given the age/mileage I purchasing should I be aware of any other silly nuisances that may pop up.
Reading through the forum makes it sound like hell, which in my terms means setting money on fire.
I thought a 15 plate, 9k Miles from Bentley approved should be in reasonable quality?
