A short trumpet blow for Bentley
Discussion
I recently (yesterday) took part in the first Sporting Tour in my Bentley Continental GTC. I really enjoyed it. thank you PH for organising.
The specs of the car are a matter of public knowledge. What is not so well known is of the three cars in the family the GTC is the cheapest to insure, it cost the same if not slightly less to maintain than our Audi, it drives like it's on rails although not very good at doughnuts in time trials (but that may be just my driving). The roof opens and closes at speeds up to 20mph and can often be completed quite comfortably while at traffic lights. Driving through winding country lanes is really were this car is a home but then it is at home anywhere. In short I think its a great car that is fun to drive and packed with luxury.
Oh and for the curios, tyres are about £180 to £200 from a Bentley dealer.
If you are considering buying one I doubt you will ever regret it.
