Does anyone know the approximate weight of the bare block of a 6.75 RR V8?

I can't find that information anywhere, and surprisingly couldn't find it for more common engines that would be similar in weight (e.g. alloy block for Chevrolet big-block V8).

Or to put it another way... would two blokes with some strops be able to load one into a van, or is it definitely an engine crane job?

Thank you for any insight!

How "bare"? (With liners or without?)

A Chevy big-block is about 260lbs in cast iron and about 160lbs in aluminum. I would think the 6-3/4 would be in between, perhaps at the lower side without liners.

That's useful, thank you.

Bit late.

I man handled a bare block into my van on my own. One man just about doable.

Two man lift easy.

That's with liners in.
