Lumpy Mulsanne acceleration

Original message was asking about strange acceleration. Was traced to a faulty ht lead.

If the check-engine-light flashed then it will have stored fault codes. Get an OBDII reader and see what it says.

Conditions in the combustion chamber change the resistance across the spark plug gap so if your plug wire is dodgy under some conditions it may be banjaxed under others.
