Retrofitting bottle cooler to 2007 Continental Flying Spur

Hi All

I realise this is a first world problem but I was wondering if it’s possible to retrofit the bottle cooler behind the arm rest in the rear of Flying Spurs that is an option on later models to a 2007 car.

Any insight gratefully received.
