Roughly how many miles before replacement and an estimated replacement cost please.

There are too many variables to give an accurate quote.
Things like how hard the car is driven and what sort of terrain. i.e. If you live in a hilly area against all motorway driving.
Another unknown is whether you intend to use a main dealer or an indie and their obvious labour price differences.
My discs and pads, front and rear, excluding the labour, came to just over £800 in parts but even that can vary depending on where you buy them.
Not a very helpful reply without a few of the above questions answered.
