GTC Navigation not working

Afternoon all

I have a 2006 GTC with the CD Navigation system, I stupidly pushed eject to see what the disc looks like
and when I re-inserted it I get screen error "Nav System not available" have I broken it ?

We all know Bentley infotainment system is many years behind industry standard, even the new Bentley cars, and so these age old systems can get fickle. Try reinserting DVD, turning car off/locking car and walking away for about 30 minutes. Then try again and report back.

Sometimes it's super finicky about very slight scratches and such things as finger prints.

Have you checked that you reinserted the disc the right way up?
Silly thing but it does happen.

Hi thanks everyone I re-inserted the CD (logo up) did a battery reset even bought an updated cd disc map but still no joy - could this be a diagnostic reset jobby ?

For what it's worth the CD player works fine just the map/nav knacked
