I've got a rusty Roller!!!!! 2010 Ghost rear wing rust

Let's start this off properly. I DO NOT have a Roller. A good pal of mine does. He has a 2010 Ghost in beautiful condition (mostly).
On the off side rear, just behind the rear wheel his stone chips have become pals, teamed up and created a big old rust patch. It is roughly 4" square. It's not hugely noticeable as the paint has all bubbled in a fairly uniform fashion.
My quandary is this. I have been offered fixes between £300 and £1,500 but feel I'd be better off talking to Rolls Royce as the car was purchased new direct (I know, I know we don't mention depreciation to him).
Are there contact details for Rolls, I can supply chassis numbers etc. Not had much luck in my Google searches so far. If anyone can assist that's perfect, if not then thanks for reading this far anyways!!
