The car hasn’t been the greatest sales success in the UK - has anyone got a decent discount either off a stock car or a factory order?

If so please post of PM details as I am thinking about a Christmas present (to myself!).

Where did you hear that ?
not surprised if it hasn't been a success in uk - in middle east and us etc. they don't see it as we do as a glorified audi 4x4.
I know people in the market for one aren't going to listen to me but a RANGE ROVER 5.0 SC lwb autobiography really is a nicer way to spend money if colour / spec. chosen well.

A Range Rover is a far better option. On this side of the pond the market for the Bentley seems to be flooded with many used models available at typical 'discounted' pricing. You could also get the Audi SUV the Bentley is basically based from, yet the Range Rover is fitted nicer.

Short answer is that to the best of my knowledge discounts are only available if you buy one using Bentley finance (so in effect no discount).

Best bet is to buy a well specced one second hand for a substantial saving on list.

As to various other comments on this thread, I looked at a RR SV Autobiography and thought it wasn't worth the ludicrous premium over the standard car (which I'd buy in a heartbeat if it weren't for its' reputation for unreliability). The Bentayga has been trouble and niggle free in my 15 months of ownership. I still find it a very dull vehicle though and wouldn't buy another.
