Looking to buy 01-04 Arnage T, who's best for insurance as second car? No NCD to use as this is on my main car.

Alan & Thomas, Bournemouth have always been the cheapest for RR & Bentley

Make sure you know what you are buying, big changes to the chassis/suspension for the 02 model year cars (and it makes shell of a difference to the way they drive) and big changes for the 04 with the facelift, making the car fed much more upto date, IMHO I would have a Arnage R over the T allday long, they drive better, are more comfortable, and generally a better allrounder

I insure mine via Locktons which are not the cheapest but come with a few extras the others don't offer. I pay £730 for an Arnage T and a BMW 635CSI with annual mileage of 6000 each, agreed value, windscreen replacement ( An Arnage T screen is £2200) and full Europe wide recovery) Europe recovery is £200+ if bought separately.
I always shop around on renewal and whilst I can get cheaper quotes they do not not contain the same level of cover and Locktons will always negotiate.
