Continental gt rear plate?
Discussion
Hi there
Can any of you pre face-lift gt owners with a spare 5 minutes tell me the size of the larger than normal rear number plate? Car is currently away being detailed and want to use the time to order some new plates as I currently have a standard size rear plate, which I think doesn't look as good as the original which filled the apature.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi David, that's great, thanks for taking the time
Rear bumper changed in 2011
SantaBarbra, chill think/hope the dibble and the DVLA have better things to do than trawl the Internet looking @ plate spacing. And seens as it's a show plate I'm sure it's not used on the road!

Have DVLA confiscated and cancelled it yet for being illegal display
DVLA do not confiscate plates...The police 'sometimes' issue warnings and give you a few days to replace it. The number is not illegal as it is 'OO 10 ODG' and as I mentioned I had these made up through a company called 'Showplates' which I put on when 'Showing' the car or taking photographs.Speculatore said:

Correct, DVLA do not confiscate the plates, they're yours to keep. However, they can, and do, revoke the entitlement to the registration number. So, an individual can still keep their plates but no longer 'own' the registration number. The number isn't 'illegal', but the spacing is, however, we all acknowledge you don't drive it (or park it) on a public roadDoesn't answer the OP's question, though.
