Good evening gentlefolks.

My elderly Uncle owns the above and the car has an issue.

The right hand rear quarter bumper has become detached ( now held up with cable ties and duct tape )

It appears that the spring loaded part has rotted through. Not the body work, just the fixing itself.

Are there any reliable Rolls Royce spare parts suppliers that you would recommend ?

He ( my Uncle), doesn't have many weeks left in this world and I would like to get this sorted for him for a final ride.

Sorry to hear of the gentleman's troubles, sad. You could also try Westminster autos, they are prolific breakers of the SZ range and are usually a fair bit cheaper than Flying Spares who always seem to me to prefer to sell new rather than used parts.

I will investigate all your suggestions.

Unfortunately, I visited my Uncles home this morning and some utter ##### have ripped the rear quarter bumper off and thrown it in the nearby field. Not only that, but attempted to steal the 'Spirit of ecstasy' !

It now wont relocate properly and they have damaged the base surround.

I have a few words for 'animals' like this...

Not very happy at all !!
