Hi ,just had some "Dunlop winter sport" tyres put on my GT Conti .£900 all in
Taken the Pirelli zero Rosso B ,s off -to be swapped back in April .£60 all 4

Was thinking about a spare wheel set ,but E -Bay price seems excessive and then there's the TPMS system to duplicate. Or turn off .

Any body had any experiance ?

We are off to Switzerland for 2 months -they are compulsory in the mountains .
We have some chain ,s too .Manual says fit on the front only .
I tried em on ( from a R Rover ) they fit well -But I dought with 4 WD we will need the chains .
Mulliner 19 ,s two piece wheels .275 / 40 .

Again any experiance ?

First impressions are a lot softer ,less harsh ride than the Summer Pirellis .
I have not been Corning too hard ,weather frost and all ,so can not really compare with the summers -but they seem grippy .

Seem other Bentleys ,S class 4 matic + 6.3 AMG , Ferrari FF ,Audi R8 ,Porsche C4S with winter tyres -
Swiss don,t seem to bat an eyelid re snow driving !

I had Pirelli SottoZeros on a spare set of 19" wheels on my Continental. Worked very well even in deep snow. Raise the suspension.
