Are there any modern upgrades to the Turbo Rs unit? Has anyone seen a thread or tried different turbine and compressor setup? I've been looking into lots of great GTX and EFR options on my Audi so was thinking aloud about a comparable exercise on a Bentley.

its probably not that worth doing - the T04b is a large unit and relatively underused in the application.

I would say going to twin-turbo as the factory did was a much better use of resources.

or potentially replacing the intercooler with something better

Worth noting the T04B is not a standard T04B as found on other engines where it is more commonly found (eg. Caterpillar) - it's engineered differently for the Bentley application with a different housing and blade trim.
