Anyone played around on the Bentley Heritage website?!
Discussion
Don't know how many are aware, but over the last couple of years Bentley have been digitising all the parts manuals and listing all parts for every Rolls Royce and Bentley car from 1955 - 2009! It's been a work in progress for some time, but it really is incredible now. I was amazed when I entered the chassis number of the old 1961 Continental my father used to own - every drawing is there with part numbers you can click on and it tells you what they are.
Something for the enthusiast to really thank them for.
If you want to have a play around - the chassis number is BC46CZ

I've also used it to check parts and part numbers for my own car, which is a lot later (1996)
Worth reading about the project here too:

I have been using this for some time, well, ever since my car decided to bankrupt me to be honest. It is fantastic and allows you to search for the correct part number for anything you need. Astonishing really that they have spent the time to do this... I may have to change my opinion of VW, but probably not
Wow! that is absolutely brilliant - 10/10
Scrolled through to my chassis number and it told me it was built/released 14th Feb 1980.
I used the Jaguar Classic parts catalogue when I was building the S/C '40 and it was relatively easy to use but this is a big step forward - I like it- thanks for the heads up
