Arnage Final or Continental T
Discussion
Hi folks - After becoming more and more disappointed with automotive quality of late, particularly interiors and the distinct lack of substance, style and material grades, I find myself drawn to yesteryear where maybe such things hit a peak - never to be seen again..
I have always been attracted to the Arnage and also the brutish charms of the Conti T - So my search has begun!
As always I'm going to try and locate the best of breeds re mileage and condition etc and subsequently imagine the search may take
some time as each incarnation is relatively rare..
Please, the chat on PH seems a little quiet re Bentley. Is there a more popular forum re this marquee that I am missing??
Many thanks

The Continental T is very much Rolls Royce designed and built. The Arnage has a lot more borrowed from elsewhere, but still unique and different from other marques and really fantastic in many ways.
Features I really like about the Continental are the ventilation system, floor mounted pedals, no internal sills and other quirky things like the horn choice. Arnage kept the floor mounted brake pedal, accelerator was floor hinged but what looks like BMW sourced.
If either has any possibility of being an investment, the money would be on the Continental T, simply because it's likely to be seen as the last of a breed, and was made in very small numbers indeed.
So I would say, if you want something unique and very rare, it's Continental T. If you want something more practical and slightly less rare, it's Arnage.
