Bentley Continental GT Parking Brake

My 2006 Gt parking brake is working but it squeals when operated, I am guessing somewhere under the car is an electric motor that requires attention or lubrication.
Can anyone tell me where and how to access it? I have a 4 post ramp but cannot find it even though I can hear it.

Built in to the rear caliper, one each side

They need to be cleaned and checked, known weak point is the sensor on the back
