Arnage valet key question

Does the valet key go into the boot lock and just not turn, or does it not go in at all?

The single key I got with my car doesn't go into the glove box lock either, so I'm pretty sure it's a valet key, but the valet keys I've had with other makes went in the locks and just didn't turn.

(My Arnage is a MY 07, if it makes any difference.)

On my Continental the valet key will not open the glove box or the boot, it also disables the boot switch on the armrest and the boot lid. The valet key also has only 2 buttons, the boot unlock button is missing.

Does the Continental key go into the tumbler and not turn, or will it not go in at all?

(Although I think the systems are a bit different as I'm under the impression all Arnage keys are just two-button.)
