If it's been properly serviced in line with the schedule, then almost certainly it will be a lot more reliable than a car with 30K that's sat doing very little for years.
As long as a car is properly maintained, never modified - just used normally - mileage is almost irrelevant. The reason it has so much relevance placed on it is because people tend to start economising on maintenance when a car gets older so this gives high mileage cars a bad name.
So scrutinise the history with a fine tooth comb.

Hi has anyone got any thoughts on a 95,000 miles FHS main dealer on a 08/09 Arnage ?
will not use it every day
Sounds like an ideal car. I just purchased a 2005 MY Arange T with 138k on the clock. Can has a full Bentley dealer history with servicing every year, or twice a year. The car is one owner from new and is in great condition. Mechanically the car drives very well and apart from needing the odd thing is a fabulous car.will not use it every day
As long as you are picking it up at the right price feel confident. They are great cars and nothing like i have driven before.
Is this the one?

I saw this too...I would not hesitate to buy it, if I was seriously in a position to buy....it's like a new proper Bentley for £42k...looks lovely, perfect colour combination, at least for me

Wow that does look fantastic. It even has the Hooper rear window (smaller in size) which is a very rare and desirable option.http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/b...

After owning mine for 2 weeks I can confirm that nothing I have driven compares to an Arnage T. Truely stunning cars and so worth the money.

How many miles do you plan on doing per week or month? The reason I ask is my Aston sits in the garage and I only use it as a weekend shopping trolley...it was my dream car but personal circumstances mean I have lost interest in many things and this is one of them.....After owning mine for 2 weeks I can confirm that nothing I have driven compares to an Arnage T. May be 5,000 per year It looks superb - but just scrutinise ever aspect - for example, I'd want to know why the leather on the centre console and the dash sides appears to have de-laminated from the base and ruffled up - looks awful in what otherwise looks like a pristine example. I have not seen this before in a Rolls or Bentley - it's the sort of thing you would see in a TVR and dismiss, but not Bentley. Has it been damp at some point? Would be very expensive to fix properly - but the critical thing is understanding why it's happened in the first place. You'd probably want the car checked over by someone who is very familiar with them.

I'd love to think I will get 6,000 miles a year, but I think realistically it will be about 3,000 miles max. It will mainly be used on the weekends, and only on some occasions. To make matters worse I just changed my wife's car and purchased a MB G Class AMG. When that gets delivered next week my family will make my car old news!Gassing Station | Bentley & Rolls Royce | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
