Bentley GT air dampers

I have been told that I can use VW Phaeton air dampers on my 2004 Bentley GT. They look the same and are cheaper!

Any thoughts?

They might look the same, but they are different. The internals of the air spring contain profiles that determine how the spring works, these profiles are tuned to the model of car.
